Hunter Drama host weekly drama classes at PACC on Monday and Tuesday during the school term.

Drama classes offer a wealth of performance-based activities for children and young people, furthering their insight into the world of Theatre. With games, activities, opportunities for performance, improvisation, devising and scripted work; all participants will broaden their horizons, expand their knowledge and increase their skills in the performing arts. Through a range of new challenges and opportunities, an enjoyable and worthwhile experience is guaranteed.

About Hunter Drama

Hunter Drama have grown to become an international award-winning academy for young actors in drama, musical theatre and screen acting across Newcastle, Singleton, Maitland and Cessnock. They stage large scale musical productions across the Hunter and are driven by their mission to inspire young people to be the best versions of themselves.

We are thrilled to offer the students in Cessnock a wider range of opportunities that come with being associated with a bigger organisation such as Hunter Drama. Students will be exposed to major production opportunities like Disney’s Aladdin JR and their specially designed Hunter Drama Syllabus. Students and families will also be given access to the closed Hunter Drama Family Network Facebook group where regular information about major professional production auditions and television castings are posted. Most importantly, students will be exposed to other like-minded young people with the same interests.
