My tickets are not in my email inbox, what do I do now?
Some email services may send your tickets to the spam or junk mail folder. Please check these folders within 30 days of your purchase, whether online or over the phone. If you still can’t find the email, please call the Box Office on (02) 4993 4266 or email us at pacc@cessnock.nsw.gov.au.

Reservations can be made in person or over the phone, and seats can be held for up to seven days. Please note, presenters reserve the right to vary the length of time for reservations and in some cases, may not permit tickets to be held as reservations.
PACC Members have the option to make reservations for a longer period of time, however these reservations must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the performance date to avoid the reservation being cancelled.
Do PACC members receive ticket discounts?
Yes, PACC members enjoy great discounts on selected performances, a glass of bubbles on arrival, and invitations to special events. Visit our memberships page for more information.
Do you accept group bookings?
To be eligible for a group discount, tickets must be purchased at the same time, in one transaction. Group booking discounts are offered at the discretion of the presenter, and may not be available for all shows.
Do you have concession pricing?
A customer must present a valid identification card, as proof of eligibility, when purchasing tickets at a concession price. The types of concessions available are decided by the presenter. Accepted IDs for concessions include the Australian Seniors Card, Australian Pensioners Card, or a student card for full-time students aged 16 and up.
